By installing or using Lantern Ferry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

Lantern Ferry provides workflow tools for generating social content drafts from Shopify catalog data. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing and approving generated content before publishing.
You are responsible for compliance with platform rules, advertising laws, and brand claims.
You must keep your account and store credentials secure.

Usage Limits and Availability

Lantern Ferry may enforce plan-based usage limits.
Service availability is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

Fees and Billing

If paid plans are offered, pricing and billing terms will be presented in-app or through Shopify billing flows before charges are applied.

Intellectual Property

Lantern Ferry and associated software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Lantern Ferry. Merchants retain rights to their store data and their approved content outputs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lantern Ferry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
